This bachelor thesis is about the description and distribution of damage caused by roe deer in the form of fraying and rubbing. The thesis has been divided into two parts, the first part deals with a general view of the issue and the second part is the actual research, which consisted of collecting data on fraying and rubbing in a pre-selected suitable location, including the following suggestions and recommendations for practice. The research was carried out using a system of strip transects and recording damage sites in their vicinity. The map outputs show the amount of damage, its location and the type of damage, these signs clearly indicate the locations and individual trees most frequently visited by roe deer. The analytical outputs mention the occurrence of the most frequently damaged trees and their morphometric data. The most frequently damaged tree species was the norway spruce. The resulting connection between 2 roebucks territory boundaries which were found, the damage caused, and human-made natural boundaries cannot be ignored.

The structure and quantity of wild boars population estimate future status and it is necessary for right management with wild boars. In two free hunting grounds and game preserve, was in the years 2016-2019 analysis of age structure, sexual structure and weight categories. The analysis of wild boar population was implemented in 18 organise hunts and hunters hunt down 1109 wild boars. Analysis shows still uneven sex ratio in favour of females, and indicates the inefficient management in the category of piglets. In the hunting grounds is also not the right age structure and the overall composition gives the possibility to higher reproduction.

This thesis deals with the law reagulation of hunting which has not doubtful place in czech law systém and it shows tradition of law regulation of hunting in the Czech republic.This thesis deals with shooting community also with the responsibility for damage, this work deals with the question of the raising and huntig of the game wich is connected to the law of hunting.There are also said often discussed things as question of responsibility for damge. Some Attention of this thesis is focused on the new conception of poaching according to the new Criminal Code which is effective since 1.1.2010. There are also mentioned some juridical decisions which are concerned with the law of hunting and not only connected to the crime of poaching but also concerned with offences and also with the character of law of hunntig. The work analyses mainly the contemporous law of hunting.

The diploma thesis focuses on the legal regulation of hunting and gamekeeping. The aim of the diploma thesis entitled "Legal regulation of hunting" is a broad summarization of the historical development and the correlated alterations of the legislative framework in gamekeeping. In order to gain a deeper understanding of the historical context, the thesis focuses on the development of gamekeeping legislation from the early Middle Ages to presently effective legal regulation. The implicit part of the thesis is the evaluation and the reflection of the legislation applied in practice. The overall conclusion contains a proposal for possible legislative changes de lege ferenda. The first part of the thesis gives an overview of the historical development and the early legal regulations of gamekeeping, utilizing the important legal acts, which presented fundamental changes to the legal framework of gamekeeping. The following part of the diploma thesis is devoted to the current state of the Czech legal regulation of gamekeeping, including related and subordinate legislation, by which, in summary, the legal framework of gamekeeping and determination of the rules for hunting and game management are represented. 75 Abstract This diploma thesis deals with Legal Adjustment of Gamekeeping. Gamekeeping is perceived not only as a hobby, but it is a phenomenon which became a lifestyle of many people. The main purpose of hunting is to protect and maintain freely living game for the future generations but at the same time ensure the environment protection. According to the importance of the environment protection and the game there is no doubt, that this issue requires its own legal adjustment. The adjustment has evolved over years and these days it is influenced by the globalization, membership in multinational communities and organizations and many others. In the introduction the term Gamekeeping is presented together with the reasons which make this topic current. In the first chapter the history of hunting is analysed heading towards the development of gamekeeping including the role of poaching during over the years. The second chapter is an important part of the thesis, it processes sources of the gamekeeping legislation. Škody zvěří na lesních porostech v honitbě Ujčov

This bachelor thesis deals with the determination of the amount of damage found in the selected localities with the occurrence of game damage on the young forest stands in the hunting grounds of Ujčov. The evaluation of the data was carried out on young spruce stands in parts of hunting grounds Chlébské and Lískovec. In these areas, both simple addition methods and sample plot were used, with the subsequent comparison of the credibility of the data found. The actual determination of the amount of damage was made using the formula stated in Decree No. 55/1999 Coll. The damage so determined was then compared to the results from publicly available sources found in previous years.

Hunting legislation in the territory of the Czech Republic has a long history. The main aim of this bachelor thesis was the processing of literary sources focused on the historical development of hunting legislation in the Czech Republic. In the bachelor thesis I have studied development of the minium acreage of hunting area, the legislative term hunting and the list of wild game species. The minimum acreage of hunting area was gradually increasing and development stopped in 1962. Four times, the concept of hunting in hunting legislation was defined differently. All definitions included protection and hunting. The list of game species has changed five times. Most species were in the law in 1947, and the least was in the current law of the year 2001. I have also included to the work the issue of the African swine fever which appeared in the Czech Republic in 2017. The ASF affects to hunting legislation mainly in the permit hunting methods, which in normal circumstances the law prohibits.
Development of game keeping law on Czech territory from the second half of 18th century to the present time

103 Summary This diploma thesis is focused on development of the game keeping law from the second half of the eighteenth century till the twentieth century. In the first part of the thesis, in order to provide a comprehensive view on the given issue, a summary of legal development of game keeping law before the year 1754 is outlined, including the oldest legal sources, beginning with "honební regál" issued by Boleslav I. and others. The period of the Thirty Years' War, during which a large downsizing of game ocurred, consequently servingas a basis for "Hunting order" issued by Ferdinand III. on 14th December 1641, prohibiting hunting for three following years and implementing a lot of protective measures, was not omitted. That part of this thesis demonstrates how the contents of gaming is subject to changes over time. At first, gaming was viewed as a sovereign's privilege, afterwards also aristocracy got to enjoy it. Later on, gaming began to include breeding and protection of game itself as well. The major part of the thesis is dedicated to modern laws. Firstly, game keeping law from the government period of Marie Therese and her son Joseph II. is introduced.
